Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Apparently healthy individuals of either gender between the age group of 3 to 6 years. 2. Parents giving consent to participate in study. 3. Individuals who fulfill the criteria of lehan yogya as mentioned in Kashyap Samhita. Considering apparently healthy by the definition of Arogya described in Kashyap Samhita

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known/diagnosed any debilitating disease and other diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, metabolic disorders, hypo/hyperthyroidism, Tuberculosis, etc. Conditions as mentioned in lehan ayogya in Kashayp Samhita. Parents not willing to participate in the project. Congenital anomalies Hereditary disease and Other infectious diseases.

Improvement in the general growth parameters of healthy pre-school going children viz. height, weight, MUAC, head circumference, chest circumference and BMI.Timepoint: 0th day,30th day,60th day and after 120th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in cognitive test parameters. Effect on haematological parameters. Reduction in frequency, severity and comorbidity in illnesses. Timepoint: 0th day,30th day,60th day and 120th day
