Inclusion criteria: All the COVID 19 confirmed positive patients presenting to Balangir covid hospital in the duration of 3 months will be considered as study subjects.

By knowing the clinical characteristics and factors influencing the outcome of COVID-19 confirmed cases, we can better manage the outbreak of pandemic in resource-limited settings.Timepoint: At baseline, at 5 days, at 10 days and after 2 weeks.
