Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients visiting the psychiatry OPD and started on psychotropic medicines for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)A baseline QTc interval of more than 450 milliseconds (ms) in males and more than 460ms in females. 2)A history of additional risk factors for QT prolongation, like Long QT Syndrome, Left ventricular hypertrophy 3)The use of concomitant medications that have a FDA black box warning for QT prolongation.
