Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the effect of Neuro Muscular Training (NMT) through telerehabilitation in OA knee using VAS and KOOS score.Timepoint: Zero week and at the end of twelfth week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate physical performance outcomes of Neuro Muscular Training (NMT) through telerehabilitation in OA knee via these scores: i. 30-s chair sit to stand test. ii. 40 m fast-paced walk test. iii. 9 steps stair- climb and descent test.Timepoint: 12 weeks
