Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neck pain radiating to upper limb with or without numbness, giddiness and neck stiffness. Restriction neck movements. Willing for doing laboratory investigations and X-ray imaging. The neck disability index score should be equal or greater than 40%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age:less than 20;Greater than 60. Traumatic injury. Systemic hypertension. Ischemic heart disease. Chronic kidney disease. Tuberculosis in spine. Pregnancy and lactating women. Diabetes mellitus. Congenital spinal anomalies.
