Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of spinal stenosis with radicular pain Mri correlation with clinical findings Patients over the age of 60 years Patients with a history of chronic function limiting low back pain and lower extremity pain of at least 6 months duration Patients who were competent to understand the study protocol and provide voluntary, written, informed consent and participate in outcome measurements Patients who have failed to improve substantially with conservative management including but not limited to physical therapy, exercises, drug therapy and bed rest

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reciept of a previous injection in the lumbar region within past 6 months Lumbar surgery within past 2 years History of lumbar vertebrae fracture Acute disc herniation Any malignancy or infection Coexisting musculoskeletal conditions that would negate functional inprovement with injection Amputation of any lower extremity

Evaluate theraputic efficacy of epidural injection procedure To study efficacy in terms of pain alleviation, activities of daily living. Complications during and after epidural injection procesure To study efficacy in terms of pain alleviation, activities of daily living.Timepoint: 1st day 7th day 3 months
