Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • School going children with newly erupted caries free permanent first mandibular molars. • Caries free permanent first mandibular molars having deep pits and fissure that might retain cariogenic plaque.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Partially erupted tooth will not be taken in the study • Un cooperative children
