Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages from 18 to 65 years who have fulfilled the DSM 5 criteria for Manic episode. Diagnosed BPAD cases with or without psychotic symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Substance Dependence Syndrome. History of Epilepsy/Cerebro-vascular accidents. Chronic severe Medical Illness

To significantly reduce the intensity of the symptoms in manic episode with Homoeopathic medicines.Timepoint: 12 months

MeasureTime frame
To find out the frequently indicated Homoeopathic medicines in the treatment of manic episode in Bipolar I disorder. To analyze the duration of reduction of symptoms in Manic episode after Homoeopathic management. To analyze the rate of relapse of episodes in Bipolar disorder.Timepoint: 12 months
