Inclusion criteria: A) Adult patients ( 18-65 yrs) B) Patients posted for elective craniotomies for intra cranial tumor decompression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Emergency cases B) Patients with poor GCS ( C) Patients who are intubated before surgery
