Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients and files 1. Patients who are readmitted with relapse of substance use. 2. He should be diagnosed with Substance use disorder as per ICD 10 criteria. 3. Patients who are 18 to 55 years of age 4. Patients admitted in the DDC ward of LGBRIMH 5. Can speak and understand, speak and read English/Assamese/ Hindi. For family members 1. Family members who have been staying with the patient for atleast a duration of last 1 year. 2. Family members who are 18 to 60 years of age 3. Can speak and understand, speak and read English/Assamese/ Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For patients 1. Patients who have BPRS score more than 30 For family members 1. Family members with known mental illness
