Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II undergoing modified radical mastectomy surgery. Age 18 â?? 65 years BMI between 18 and 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Pregnant and breastfeeding Patient on beta-blocker Patient with AV nodal block Patient with autonomic dysfunction Patient with chronic pain on opioids or other analgesics History of allergy to study drugs
