Intervention1: KUSHMANDA GHRITA: ORAL DOSE of Kushmanda ghrita will be given according to age 1to 5yr- 5to15 drops B.D and 6 to 15yr- 2-5gm B.D With luke warm milk For two months Control Intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children aged between 5 - 14 years of age with clinical features. 2 Children clinically diagnosed with epilepsy and verified with diagnostic parameters. 3 Children having frequency of seizural attacks not less than once in 30 days. 4 Patients who are on AEDs and facing cognitive, behavioural or psychological adverse effect without disturbing their regular medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age 14 years. 2 Children not fulfilling the screening criteria. 3 Children with chronic ailments like tuberculosis, malignancy etc and any other congenital syndromic disorder. 4 Children having frequency of seizures attack one in more than 30 days. 5 Patients not regular in the treatment.
