Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1,2 AND 3. WEIGHT 48 KGS TO 80 KGS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomical anomaly around shoulder joint ASA 4 Emergency surgery. Coagulation disorder. History of local anaesthetic toxicity
