Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases satisfying PAD diagnostic criteria of ICD 10 DCR. Age group between 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PAD with other psychiatric comorbidity. Subjects who used psychotropic medicines in the past two weeks. Subjects who are pregnant or lactating. 7 Severe systemic illness using conventional treatment. Substance induced disorders. Immuno-compromised conditions like HIV, Tuberculosisetc.
