Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients above the age of 18 years who were diagnosed with Covid 19 and had come for evaluation/follow up -Consenting patients who are able to read and write Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consenting patients

Translation and Validity of Kannada version of Post Covid 19 functional Status Scale.Timepoint: It is a cross sectional study. Patients will rate their status retrospectively for 4th, 8th, 12th week etc in addition to current status.—

Adaptation of PCFS scale to Kannada languageTimepoint: Cross sectional study. They will bebrating their status retrospectively at baseline (when diagnosed with Covid), 4th, 8th, 12th week etc in addition to current status.—
