Intervention1: Darchini 500mg: 1 capsule Darchini 500mg will be given daily after food from 14 days before the expected date of mense till the commencement of menses for two consecutive cycles Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women presenting with cyclical mastalgia defined as occurance of pain within 2 weeks of menstrual onset relieved by menses . Bodymass index between 19 and 29. Regular menstrual cycle between 21 to 35 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lactating and pregnant women. H/O malignancies in first degree relatives. H/O medication for mastalgia. H/O acid peptic disorder. H/O any kind of cyst, tumour and malignancies in the breast. H/O any systemic and metabolic diseases. Patients on regular NSAIDS or anticoagulant therapy. History of danazol, bromocriptine or tamoxifen use in the last 3 months
