Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No previous experience in Yoga. Giving consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those not giving consent to participate. Noncooperative and aggressive behavior. Severe cognitive impairment. Previous experience in Yoga.
