Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present. 2.Periodontal pocket depth � 5mm 3.Presence of at least one site with radiographic bone loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate) that may interfere with wound healing. 2. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 3.Active periodontal treatment with in last 6 months. 4.Smokers.
