Inclusion criteria: All possible diagnosed psychiatry patients with reliable attendars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: as there is no intervention all possible psychiatry disorders are included

Designing a Diagnostic scale for Unmada and confirming its reliability.Timepoint: Literary review and designing questionnaire in three years and applying it on diagnosed patients for reliability testing thrice on same patient with inter rater and intra rater in a gap of one week each .
