Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 40 to 58 years, english as well as malayalam speaking teachers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals less than 40 years and more than 58 years, surgical and induced menopause.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
perimenopausal symptoms and its association with stress can be known and various life style changes perceived by the teachers can be known.Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
understanding the experience of teachers and their coping mechanism will provide evidents based information for further SOPs in futureTimepoint: 8 months to 1 year
