Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Industrial workers age between twenty five to forty five and who are exposed to Prolonged standing at workplaces more than 50% of working hours Industrial workers with work experience of minimum six months at industry Participants suffering from manifest CVI in one or both lower extremities as determined by Venous Clinical Severity Score between 5 to 20 that is mild to moderate CVI Participants who are interested and willing to participate in the study No prior exposure to yoga Able to perform yogic practices Only males include in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering with chronic lifestyle disorders like diabetes mellitus hypertension Those that has undergone any recent surgery in the past three months Participants with Concomitant heart or arterial disease orthopaedic disorders of the lower extremities or vasoactive medication Hartmann 1997 Participants with venous leg ulcers ABPI less than 0.7 recent venous thrombosis and previous venous surgery Padberg 2004
