Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Features of karnanaada as described in classics A subjective features of Tinnitus with associated symptoms like impaired hearing,vertigo andfullness sensation Moderate hearing loss(upto 55dB) Patients of either gender aged between 18-70years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of systemic illness that interfere with the course of study Patients with perforated Tympanic membrane
