Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients age above 18 years b) Cases of resectable periampullary and head of pancreas carcinoma managed by Pancreatoduodenectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patientâ??s with benign CBD stricture, chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic head mass b) Patients found to be unresectable intra-operatively c) Severe cardiopulmonary comorbidity (ASA 4 or higher)
