Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All patients presenting with signs and symptoms of VATAJ Abhishyanda, as mentioned in classical text. 2 Patients irrespective of cast, gender, religion and socio-economic status will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having complicated eye diseases Trachoma, chalazion, Stye, pterygium, Dacryocystitis, Trichiasis, corneal opacity, ulcers. 2 Patients suffering from systemic disease like HTN and DM, TB.

Relief in symptoms like Toda (pricking pain), Shambhala (stiffness), Roma Harsha (horripilation), Gharsh (foreign body sensation), Parushya( Roughness), Vishushka bhav( Dryness) , Shishirashruta (watery discharge from eye), Kandu(itching) ,Raga(congestion), Shopha (mild lid oedema). Timepoint: 7 Days
