Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of Hypothyroidism (TSH level ranging from normal to up to three folds higher ) on medication with mild to moderate anemia (8.0g/dL-11.9g/dL [women] ; 8g/dL-12.9g/dL [men]). 2. All genders, aged 20-60 years. 3. Willing to be part of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of Hypothyroidism (with TSH level more than three folds higher than normal ) 2. Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age. 3. Severe Anemia ( 4. Abnormal blood loss (either gastrointestinal or genitourinary) 5. Patients with systemic diseases. 6. Diagnosed with any other cause of anemia. 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
