Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are based on the Operational Definitions i.e. Depression â?? Depression in this study refers to diagnosis of depression (F32.0, F32.1, F32.2, F33.0, F33.1, F33.2) with or without somatic symptoms; without history of psychotic symptoms; diagnosed at the outpatient department of LGBRIMH by a psychiatrist according to the ICD 10 criteria. 1. Persons diagnosed with Depression between the age range of 18 to 55 years adult 2. Both the genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons diagnosed as having depression with psychotic symptoms 2. Other psychiatric co morbidity and physical illness. 3. Persons with substance disorder (except Tobacco)
