Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Headmaster/ Principal 1.Headmasters who have minimum 5 years of work experience in the post being held 2.Headmasters who have been working in that particular school for more than 1 year 3.Both male and female Heads of Schools For Teachers 1.Teachers with minimum 2 years of experience 2.Both male and female teachers 3.Teachers who have been class teacher of any class from 6th -12th standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: FOR HEADMASTER/ PRINCIPAL 1.Headmasters who had handed over charge to their subordinate during the covid-19 pandemic, due to their health condition. FOR TEACHERS 1.Teachers who were asked not to provide active service during Covid-19 pandemic, due to their health condition 2.Teachers who were on leave in the past 6 months due to other reasons

Capturing the experience of headmasters and teachers in adapting to the challenges in the context of Covid 19, will be helpful in informing future course of action to facilitate better teaching-learning as well as teacher-student relationship. This, in turn, would facilitate healthy adaptations by students as well.Timepoint: single
