Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of age groups 18-45yrs will be included. 2)Patients of both the sexes will be included. 3)Good physical and mental condition (ASA1) 4)Absence of infection or trauma prior to surgery. 5)Subject willingness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any patient who is allergic to the drug used in the study. 2)Any recent use of anti-inflammatory drugs. 3)The condition of being pregnant or lactating. 4)Alcohol or narcotic abusers. 5)Mentally challenged patients. 6)Lack of compliance.

Assessment of Pain using Visual Analogue ScaleTimepoint: In both the groups pain will be assessed 24hrs post operatively

Time span between the completion of extraction and the rescue dose taken.Timepoint: In both the groups time in hrs at which the rescue doses are taken will be evaluated till 24hrs post operatively
