Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have underwent cardiac surgeries such as CABG, Valvular surgeries, ASD/VSD repair 2. Subjects of both gender (male and female) 3. Subjects who are Clinically stable, conscious and oriented in the age group of 38-64 years 4. Subjects scoring more than 21 in Beck Anxiety Inventory(moderate to severe anxiety)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unwilling to participate 2. Diagnosed cases of cognitive impairment 3. Subjects having hypotension 4. Hemodynamically unstable patients
