Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1.Those cases with elevated level of serum uric acid with age group between 20-70 years of both sexes will be selected. 2.Patients whose consent in writing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with severe systemic illness like malignancy or severely immunocompromised. 2. Patients who are on urate lowering drugs and not ready to withdraw it.
