Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years of age 2. Patients with blunt abdominal injuries irrespective of cause or mode of injury 3. Patients with CT proven blunt abdominal injury undergoing operative or non â?? operative management
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged less than 18 years of age 2. Patient suffering from penetrating abdominal injury 3. Victims dead on arrival or prior to intervention. 4. Patients who are hemodynamically unstable needing emergency laparotomy without prior CT scan
