Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients referred by the Cardiology Department 2. Medically stable conservatively managed post Myocardial infarction individuals a. Blood pressure within normal limits b. Heart rate within normal limits 3. On regular medical management 4. Age group : 40 to 60 years 5. No signs of uncompensated heart failure a. Bilateral pedal edema b. Breathlessness c. Basal rales on auscultation Will be included for structured education and for outpatient cardiac rehab program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamically unstable patients 2. Patients with Unstable ECG 3. Unstable angina, overt cardiac failure, dangerous arrhythmias, dissecting aneurysm, myocarditis, acute pericarditis, severe obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract, severe hypertension, exertional hypotension or syncope, 4. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, severe orthopedic limitations, and recent systemic or pulmonary embolus 5. Individuals with low ejection fractions will be excluded. (EF
