Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Periodontally healthy patients 2.Non-Smoker patients 3.Current Smoker patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone any periodontal therapy in the past 6 months. 2. Patients with any systemic disease and self-reported psychiatric disorders. 3. Patients with symptoms of acute illness. 4. Patients who are on immunosuppressive therapy. 5. Systemic anti-inflammatory treatment within the previous 3 months or regular use of specific drugs known to affect periodontal tissues.
