Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 10-65 years of any gender. 2. Patients with persistent/recurrent otorrhoea for a period of at least 6 weeks ââ?¬â?? 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cranio facial anomalies 2. COM with complication (intra cranial complications-meningitis, otitic hydrocephalous, lateral sinus thrombosis, cavernous sinus thrombosis, intra cranial sepsis& extra cranial complications-mastoid abscess, labyrinthine fistula, labyrinthitis, facial nerve paralysis) 3. COM with cholesteatoma. 4. Known case of Diabetes mellitus. 5. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 6. Patients on antibiotic treatment within 7 days prior to screening.
