Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of American Society Of Anaesthesiologist Grade 1 and 2 having Mallampati grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Pregnancy , Morbid obesity, Full stomach.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of bolus administration of intravenous dexmedetomedine with intravenous esmolol in attenuating the cardiovascular stress response accompanying laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation.Timepoint: Immediately after induction and intubation, the stress response ( reflected by blood pressure, heart rate etc) will be recorded without any delay.

to look for any significant adverse effect of these drugs.Timepoint: immediately after induction and intubation,without any delay, adverse effect of these drugs will be recorded, if any.
