Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: uncomplicated pregnant women in second trimester

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated Co-morbidities, Multiple pregnancies, Precious Pregnancies, IVF conception, History of infertility, History of bleeding in 1st trimester, Small cervical length.

Pregnant women-Neuropsychological analysis, Pregnancy induced hypertension, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, Antepartum Haemorrhage, Cortisol & IL-6 level, premature rupture of membrane, type of Delivery, Gestational Age, Pre term Labour(PTL), Miscarriage, fetal weight, APHGAR score.Timepoint: At the time of recruitment(12th to 15th weeks of pregnancy) and at the time of delivery.
