Inclusion criteria: ASA PS I-III Onco surgeries under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable cervical spine Rapid sequence induction Apparent craniofacial abnormalities BMI >30 kg/m²

Identify the correlation between various craniofacial variables like mandibular position angle, submandibular angle and difficulty of intubation in non obese patients with anticipated difficult intubation.Timepoint: 3 minutes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Identifying specific craniofacial features associated with difficult intubation helps anaesthesiologist to anticipate difficult airway and be better equipped and prepared to manage it.Timepoint: 3 minutes.
