Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with limited and or painful SLR and/or with leg pain proximal to knee joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Lower limb or spinal deformities 2)Inflammatory diseases of spine, infections of bone or any systemic diseases. 3)History of spinal fractures ,surgery, benign and malignant osseous tumors 4)Presence of clinical features of lower quarter neurological compromise 5)Subjects involved in other exercise program

1)Visual analogue scale for pain intensity. 2)Range of motion (SLR) using bubble inclinometerTimepoint: At baseline (prior to intervention) , immediate post 1st intervention, after 6th session (end of 2 weeks) and 6 months after randomization
