Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were aged between 20 and 45 years, Molars and premolars with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, Patients with VAS score of 3 and above, No history of any analgesic 12 hours prior to the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic or mental illness, pregnant or lactating mothers, acute endodontic abscess, periodontal diseases, retreatment cases
