Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All NICU admitted neonates with clinical diagnosis of sepis and shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with congenital heart diseases 2. Neonates with hypoxic ishaemic encephalopathy 3. Congenital malformation 4. Neonates with surgical intervention
