Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: mental health professionals as per the mental healthcare act

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who do not have a minimum of one year of experience in the mental health care field are excluded.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The study will help the researcher to know the burnout among mental health professionals and give an idea about association between spirituality and burnout among them. Data will be collected through online mode . Google form will be created for the same.Timepoint: Data will be collected once we get the CTRI approval. Planning to recruit the sample in the month of February 2021 and the primary outcome will meet in between 4 to 6 weeks from the data collection.—
