Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known case of Type2 Diabetes mellitus. Patients showing positive results for microalbuminuria 30-300mg in 24hrs urine sample. Hypertensive patients with BP more than 200/120mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other complications of diabetes like retinopathy, neuropathy, cardiomyopathy, ketoacidosis, paralysis etc. Patients with recurrent urinary tract infection, hematuria, febrile illness, severe hypertension etc. Other systemic disorders which interfere with the course of treatment. Below 30yrs and above 70yrs.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment will be done on the basis of prepared proforma and improvement in sign and symptoms of madhumehaTimepoint: Oral administration of Tryusanadi vati 500mg 2 tablets three times a day. Duration- 3months. 6 follow ups will be done at every 15 days.
