Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 65 years 2.Gastroduodenal perforation will be of size ï?£1.5 cm 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class I, II and III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with septic shock at presentation 2.Coexistent psychiatric or neurological illness, 3.Pregnancy 4.Multiple perforated ulcers 5.Perforation with bleeding 6.Sealed off perforation 7.Need for any additional procedure or surgery 8.Not willing to participate in the study
