Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with unilateral planter fasciitis having no improvement in symptoms with conservative treatment. 2. They are able to understand visual analog scale and foot function index.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of bleeding disorder. 2. Previous surgery of planter fasciitis. 3. Local malignency. 4. Achilles tendon pathology. 5.Patients on anticoagulation therapy. 6. Pregnency 7. Uncontolled diabetes 8. Any local trauma or infection
