Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants between the age- 60-80 years, both males and females, community dwelling elderly and comprehending English/ Hindi/ Marathi, scoring >25 on Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)[9],[10] and scoring <9 on Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)[11] and pain on Visual Analogue Score <4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptomatic musculoskeletal, neurological or cardiovascular conditions causing lower extremity dysfunction, Uncorrected visual impairments, Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or hypertension , Use of psychotropic drugs
