Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Adult patients 15-70 years of age ii. ASA I and II iii. Upper limb vasculitis presenting to the pain clinic, requiring USGB for the same

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patientrefusal ii. Coagulation disorders iii. Systemic or local infection iv. Local anaesthetic allergies v. Psychiatric disorders vi. History of substance abuse

To compare alterations in vascular Parameters between the groups-forearm vascular resistance (FVR), peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), resistance index (RI), diameter and blood flow in Brachial and Radial arteries of the ipsilateral upper limb before and after USGN, by spectral Doppler ultrasound. 2.
