Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 18-60 years, Patients of both sex will be included. 2. Patient electively posted for CABG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic reaction to antiarrhythmic drugs. 2. Emergencies operations. 3. Pregnancy. 4. Redo surgery. 5. Patient Refusal. 6. Hypothyroid patients. 7. Patients who have preoperative arrhythmias. 8. Patients requiring more than 4 coronary artery bypass grafts.
