Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who are in menopausal age period Who are Religiousnuns Who can read and write English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women less than 45 years and more than 60years Women with serious medical illness like stroke, musculoskeletalproblems
