Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 Patients undergoing Total abdominal hysterectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to pregabalin patient on antiplatlet and anticoagulants consumption of Nsaids in last 48hours Coagulation abnormalities
