Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection of patients will be done irrespective of gender , socioeconomic status. 2. Patients with lakshanas of paranavaha strotodushti vikaras. 3. Patients with lakshanas of udakavaha strotodushti vikaras.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with local tongue infection and congenital anomalies will be excluded. 2. Patients having major ailments of other systems.

1. The appearance of our tongue is a reflection of our health, so it can be use as a powerful diagnostic tool. 2. It can be direct diagnostic tool of disease before laboratory investigation. 3. On basis of Jihva Pariksha treatment can be started before any investigation results and this can be to save the precious time Timepoint: 18 Months
